WHAT KIND OF CAKES DO WE MAKE?
Our cakes are made with the finest ingredients. 

 

ARE OUR CAKES NUT-FREE?
We do not use any nut products in our cakes or creams however our cakes are not baked in a nut-free environment. (Example: Almonds, Nutella, we do NOT work with peanuts).

 

WHAT DO YOU USE TO DECORATE YOUR CAKES?
We use Satin Ice fondant, royal icing, candy melts, and edible decorations to decorate all our cakes, cookies, cake pops.

 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR COOKIES, CAKE POPS, MACAROONS, CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES, CUPCAKES?
12 is the minimum order.

 

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be placed online. You may contact us to fill out an order form, which can be sent directly to our email.  We will then contact you with regards to your specific order. 

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You may pay for your order in person at our location, or through email. We accept cash, interact e-transfer or check (company's only) payable to Patisserie Italia.

 

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
A 50% non-refundable order is required for all orders. The balance will be due at the time of pick up or delivery.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you were to cancel your order you would forfeit your 50% deposit. 

 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
We do offer delivery. The price varies depending on the area.
